How the numbers are worked out
Sizing rules come from hire companies’ and event planners’ own published guides, named on each page. Where guides disagree, the page says so.
Who writes it
The guides are written by Claire Dunmore, the pen name of the site’s editor. No company pays to be included, and there are no affiliate links.
Corrections
Prices change often. Every price on the site is named, linked to its source and dated, so you can check the current figure with the company before you book.
